The site may moderate publications and reserves the right to refuse their publication, without having to justify it to the member.
The member retains all of their intellectual property rights. But by publishing a post on the site, they grant the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and disseminate their post, directly or by an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of intellectual property. The Member notably cedes the right to use their post on the internet and mobile phone networks.
The publishing company undertakes to include the member's name near each use of their publication.
Any content uploaded by the User is their sole responsibility. The User undertakes not to upload content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action initiated by a third party harmed against the site will be taken care of by the User.
The content of the User may be deleted or modified by the site at any time and for any reason, without notice.
The following content is prohibited on the TOP1 site:
- Pornography and themes of excessive sexual nature
- Violence
- Self-mutilation
- Drug consumption
- Racist speech or incitement to hatred
- Promotion of regulated products (drugs, tobacco, firearms, etc.)
ARTICLE 9: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, French courts will be solely competent to hear it.
